Experience: Rob is responsible for helping clients analyze the performance of their dealer body; identifying operational areas in need of improvement; and developing and implementing processes to drive higher dealer operational efficiency and profitability.
Prior to joining PPMC, Rob worked for Mazda North American Operations and Ford Motor Company, holding positions such as District Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales & Marketing Zone Manager and Retail Marketing Manager.
Some of Rob’s areas of expertise include improving dealership operational efficiency, maximizing dealership profitability, developing and implementing retail sales process and product knowledge training, and creating processes to improve customer satisfaction.
